In addition to therapy we are happy to assist you in coordinating a variety of ancillary services which include:
Visiting Certified Social Workers
We also assess for our clients’ psycho-social needs. If our clients are experiencing emotional distress or adjustment issues as a result of disease , injury, or simply due to confinement and social isolation, then we can coordinate for evaluation by a certified Social Worker.
Visiting Physician Services
Many times clients call us to request therapy related services, but have lost contact with their physician due to lack of mobility. We can provide recommendations for a visiting physician, not only to prescribe therapy, but more importantly to oversee their medical care.
Durable Medical Equipment
We assess and assist our clients in obtaining the DME they need for safety and independence in their home and community, including but not limited to: power wheelchairs, scooters, standard/rehab seating, manual wheelchairs, hospital beds, portable commodes, shower chairs/benches, and a variety of adaptive/assistive technology devices and equipment.
Home Health Aides/Companions
We can provide referrals to many individuals and agencies to provide nursing or companion level care.
About Us
Our therapists are equipped with most of the tools used in the clinic including: portable bikes, upper extremity ergometers,steppers, hydrocollator and cold packs, electric stimulators, ultrasound units, weights, resistance bands, balance boards, and vestibular discs.
