About Home Advantage Rehabilitation

Home Advantage Rehabilitation Solutions has delivered in-home physical,
occupational, and speech therapy across Long Island since 2008. Founded by
Kevin Mangan, PT, DPT and Michael Marzano, OTR/L, our team of more than 45
therapists serves patients throughout Nassau, Suffolk, Queens, and Brooklyn.

We started Home Advantage after years inside Certified Home Health Agencies,
where we kept meeting the same problem: patients who no longer qualified for
CHHA services but still could not get to an outpatient clinic. Those patients
had nowhere to go. Today they come to us — and they do not need to be
homebound to receive our care.
