Insurance & Coverage

Home Advantage Rehabilitation Solutions accepts most major insurances for
in-home physical, occupational, and speech therapy. We participate with
Medicare, Medicaid, Empire Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Oxford, United
Healthcare, Cigna, Humana, Empire Plan/NYSHIP, VNS Choice Medicare
Advantage, Workers Compensation, and others.

We verify all insurance benefits before services begin, and in most cases we
bill your insurance directly. If your plan requires prior authorization, we
obtain it for you. You will be told about any copay before your first visit.

Coverage varies by discipline, so the plans we accept for physical therapy
are not identical to those we accept for occupational or speech therapy.
If you do not see your plan listed, call us anyway — we are always adding
carriers, and we can investigate out-of-network eligibility.
